Speaking of Odd Breed, this was one of the best new AWAs I've had in a while:

Much more interesting, complex, funky flavor profile than is typical, but without going too far in that direction into the "overwhelming brett funk" territory that some American brett beers hit. The acidity was definitely there but was never excessive. Reminded me of some of the better Side Project wild ales like Saison de Fermier Pinot Noir.
Matt's **** is on point man. I feel like he going to do very well, bottles are already selling well and it's still relatively unknown.

SteveC32 did you try any of the Odd Breed I sent yet?

I appreciate the offer, but have nothing worth reciprocating with. Unless you want some really bad montana IPAs.
You can send me a label and not worry about reciprocation.

Well that dude I made that image of with a bunch of his ridiculous **** talking challenged me to a boxing match. He was being serious.

coldstorage you're needed in Florida.

Oude de Ble was like this. It had been a few years since I dabbled in their offerings, but this was a prefect blend of chardonnay and blueberry. Need more Side Project now.

After I made that post, it occurred to me that Oude de Ble was even more similar to the flavor profile I was describing, that's definitely a good comparator for that Old Breed beer I posted.

Make it stop.

I have no idea what they actually put in this flavor-wise (if anything) to make it a "confetti cake", but I've had some beers with that edible glitter stuff and it's silly but harmless (and has no taste). Basically just a pure appearance gimmick for Instagram likes.
