FIRESTONE WALKER PARABOLA MOVING TO 12-OUNCE BOTTLES FOR 2017, BRAVO BEING ADDED TO PROPRIETOR’S VINTAGE SERIES

Parabola in 12oz bottles is incredibly exciting as long as we aren't talking about a huge increase in per ounce price point.
I can see why this is good for consumers but I'm not a fan of this move. The only reason they would make this move is to go the Bourbon County route. I bet in 3 years they release single 500 ml bottles and manage to charge more than the current format.

4 packs sounds great, but this is a move to increase distrubution and profits. There's zero chance of doubling packaging volume. I'll take a wild stab at $11 retail per bottle.

Please give them a little credit..this isn't GI. Parabola is typically $15 for 24oz...i seriously doubt it's gonna be $11 for 12oz that's just stupid. If anything it'll be half the cost or less of the 24oz bottles.

Sounds reasonable

*Talking about Firestone Walker*

They'll send 3 individually boxed bottles to every single store in the country. Some parts of the country will get it months after release. $20 per 12 oz bottle.

Don't worry i'm in the same boat now. Around 2012 Sucaba would just sit on the shelves in places like Whole Foods now the distro just sucks for their Reserve stuff...what a shocker.

You realize that per ounce, BCBS is still cheaper than nearly any equivalent nationally distributed BA'd stout right?

Also, bombers are 22 oz, not 24. And I don't know where you live but I've been getting bottles of Parabola since 2011 and I've never seen them less than $17.

Basically I'm asking: do you work for the Trump Administration?
