Would require a trip to Italy. I haven't found good Gelato over here, just good ice cream with weird ass flavors.

When in Florence, eat it 4 times a day as a steady part of the Italian diet.

Oh see there's an Italian guy in my building that used to consult for Hagen Daas. The food at the restaurant is pretty meh, but the gelato is legit.

I believe it's called "A dirty crumpet" in which cubed potatoes are fried in hog fat alongside spicy sausage, which is then unceremoniously shoved into a pastry.

Yeah wtf is that between the mushrooms and beans? Looks like some sort of spring onion pancake but that doesn't seem right.

I think the second is an attempt at a Cornish Pasty but I'm guessing it's frozen and store bought so it's weirdly shiny.

Either way, I'd bang the top one all morning.

I uncharacteristically poked around the ISO/FT forum last night; the first two threads I clicked on were giveaways.

I was looking in said forum, as my neighbors are in a bit of a pickle regarding their first trade ever. Idiot shipper on the other end wound up with them getting an extra unwanted Dark Lord box. I was trying to help them out a bit in dealing with the obviously newmoney trader on the other end, going so far as to tentatively offer to try and respond for the second box on my own.

After reading those two threads?

I texted the neighbors back.
"Sorry, I'm just really not familiar or comfortable with this whole kind of "I want this and this and that" trading. The people I know of mostly trade just to send cool boxes to cool people. Don't think I can help guys, sorry"

Editing the beer list for a beer fest here in Aus/NZ. Over roughly 150 beers brewed for the festival I've noticed heaps of duality. I have no where else to talk about this so:

Two rum beers
Two pavlova beers (a dessert down our way)
Two with "loomi/Dried limes"
Two called "Jacaklope"
Two cherry ripe porters
Two orange and gin beers
Two peach IPAs
Two Pineapple IPAs
Two beers fermented with wild wine yeast
Two mint beers
Two peanut butter beers
Two with outdated RnB references complete with lyrics.
Two beers with juniper
Both beers from one of our major macro brewers are sour.

They do tasting paddles so you can get 60ml samples of everything over the course of 3 days.

Definitely. Strangely it's made up of ground up Koala's. Koala juice is made from snakes, and snake fries are made from Kangaroos. It's a great country.

Apparently during the line to pick up bottles at HF today, they went through the line and checked IDs to match with rafflers/resellers online they had some list of to boot them from the line and ban them from hF. Big poop-nado about it on the ISO:FT facebook thing. Already brahs crying about not being able to flip beer on secondary. These dudes seem really defensive over the practice of buying a beer without the intention of drinking or sharing it...
