They have it easy. They just buy anything that says "Enjoy by" on the front, and talk about how the different batches all taste so different

Then, if they accidentally bought an enjoy by black ipa, they come back to their local bottle shop and are bothered that they were sold something that's obviously not enjoy by.

Oh, and they buy enjoy after because beer is better when it's cellared, bro

Try Boneyard's Iron Fist and you will see what Black IPAs (CDAs) should be. I love some and totally don't get others

I actually know multiple people who went through black ipa phases a few years back when they were starting to get into beer. I used to like them too until I realized that 90% of them taste like thin, bitter porters.
