Moerder posted a live video of a topless burlesque dancer outside spraying lambic and pouring it on her body in front of an audience.

The SJWs quickly came to the defense of the woman and accusing moerder of all sorts of misogyny, unethical intentions, etc etc.
Some called her a stripper, accused her of "wanting to show her ******* to a group in public".
The comments were all over the place.

I'm guessing a large majority of them were Americans who view a bare breasted woman, in public mo less, to be a taboo.

I read the post from Moeder first and then checked the lambic groups to see what they had to say about it.

Possible, but that shouldn't really make a difference since it's a public post. I don't know really. Theres a couple people in a toxic thread that can't see FB

She was part of a cabaret group that had been there all evening and this was sort of the climax of their act

Moving on...I bought a 19.2 oz can of Dale's Pale Ale that is 3 weeks old. I haven't seen this beer fresh in a few years. Drinking it now and it's a blast from the past and damn delicious.

I don't think they were expecting backlash. They did pretty much the same thing as previous years, invite a cabaret group and film the final big thing. Like last year when they only posted about the firebreathing girl on the horse while they did much more.

The thread in the L.I group is pretty interesting, though. In context, there's really nothing wrong with this IMO. Perhaps it could/should have been handled differently, sure, but this is pretty standard stuff.

My wife is a cabaret/fusion belly dancer. She regularly performs at corporate and bar/ restaurant events and there has never been an outcry.

I fail to see the difference here.

Audience should understand that business is in Belgium where exposed ****s are normal. To do otherwise would be dumb.

Business in Belgium is under no obligation whatsoever to understand that they are communicating to a global audience, from which they are trying to attract tourism business. Business should not be concerned at all if global audience does not like something they do.

Cultural awareness is usually about applying this logic in both directions, but what do I know.

I actually got a chance to try this on Saturday at the Texas Craft Brewer's Festival and it was really really good. This beer actually *****.

Gonna try to nab some on the way home since it's supposedly out today.

Also in addition to this and the Double IPA they just announced at Fresh Hop IPA.
