Ranco dual temp issues

Need help programing the thermostat. I have a keezer with a heating pad. Have an IPA that want to keep fermenting at 66f. The probe is in a thermowell, need to know how to set the thermostat to keep temp at 66f with minimum fluctuation.

Perhaps you bought it used but it's in the instructions that come with the controller. This thread explains how to do it though

There also is supposedly a video on morebeer but it says the plug in isn't supported on my Kindle or my Samsung gs4.
