I just finished brewing my "supermoon pils" and for the first time use a corny that doesn't hold pressure instead of the usual carboy. My question is can I just
hook up aquarium tubing to the "out" quick disconnect and pump air? Will this aerate the wort?

Yeah this would do fine to aerate the wort!
