Quickest Wine Kit

Hey all - Now I know the secret ingredient to good wine or beer is time - but there is a festival I am going to in about a months time, and this will be the first time I have made wine.

Anyone know the "quickest" wine kit, or are they all relatively the same time?

You can get an accelerator packat mmany wine store and actually make a drinkable wine in 7 days or make a higher end wine in about 14 days hwever as you stated before, time is your friend.

I think the kit has double the yeast and nutrients etc and double the clarifying agents.
