I had purchased a 12" Long Stem Dial Thermometer from Adventures in Homebrewing a couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately, the dial just spun around and did not work. I sent them an email to indicate this, and then promptly sent me a new thermometer, without requesting the old one be returned. I did send them a pic showing the needle in a place where it should not be.
To me, it's always good to know that a supplier makes good on what they sell.
