i brewed a wheat beer and added a puree of peaches mixed with wort into the fermentor. and in three weeks it reached 13%, i bottled it a few weeks ago n just tasted it, it tastes great and i already have a buzz. Is this normal.?

what was the og and fg...a lot of sugar would be needed for 13%, and even a special yeast, as most would not even reach 13...three weeks would be abnormal...some numbers would be able to figure where you are coming from...

You need OG and FG to figure out the ABV%. Beer yeast don't live up to 13% for the most part. Need more info. Good part is that the "buzz" is normal.

Post your recipe, I'll brew a batch and we can compare!!! After I sober up I guess...

Seriously looking for a peach wheat recipe in honor of my current adopted home state.

I will post the og and fg and the recipe n all tomorrow. i left my journal at the other brewery last night, i know i used a wyeast what strain
