I'm brewing a DFH 90 minute clone tomorrow morning. Due to some hop shortage issues, I had to get part leaf and part pellet for one part of this recipe.

Since I have the leaf hops open and this recipe calls for some dryhopping, would there be any reason I couldn't make a "premix" of the dry leaf hops, vaccum seal this? (Basically, it would be ready to dump into the secondary fermenter as soon as I cut it open) Would storing different varieties of hops together for a couple of weeks cause any flavor issues? (The hop varities in question are Amarillo leaf, Simcoe Leaf, and Warrior leaf.)

I'd of course vaccum seal and label the remainder of the hops. It's just nice now that I've got the scale, hops, and vaccum sealer out to get this done all at once.

That's exactly what I do. Nothing's caught on fire for me yet, so I'd say you'll be safe too.
