Depends when you took your gravity reading...
Preboil gravity reading x preboil gallons / Max Gravity Points ~ mash/lauter efficiency
Postboil gravity reading x postboil gallons / Max Gravity Points ~ brewhouse efficiency (though actually should be cooled volume & gravity into fermenter)
