havent brewed any beers in a while. just want some quick beers i could make?? i mainly do lagers but would like to make a ipa. have done everything rom all grain to cans. just want some ideas.

Quickest beer I've done from here was Centennial Blonde. 2 weeks grain to glass. But all my IPAs are ready in 21 days or so.

Pitch lots of yeast and oxygenate and most beers can be fast. Bitters and wheat beers are great young, pale ales are also, and a Saison with good warm fermentation and Wyeast 3711 will be ready quick.

I did it ten days grain to glass for a party I had Friday. Not a clear as it would have been if I had more time, but it was tasty and every one that had it enjoyed it.

BTW. I kicked grain bill up to get it to about 5%.
