I have an american pale ale that I was going to bottle today. It spent 1 week in primary, 2weeks in the secondary. It is burping through the air lock every 2 minutes. I usually wait until it burps every 5-6 min. Should I wait or is this OK? Don't want any bottle bombs
 
I'd wait. I'm assuming that it's sitting in colder temps than your previous batches? That's probably slowed it down. Another few days won't hurt it and will ensure that you don't have any issues. Even if you don't have bottle bombs, it could well end up over-carbed.
