Hey guys! It's brew day for me and I was wondering if somebody could talk a look at my numbers on this batch and let me know if I have my water profile in the right area for an amber balanced profile? I will be starting with distilled water and adding the salts and sulfate needed to achieve the right ppm. This is the first time I used brunwater and hope I got it right. Your insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

~Mike

I just can't see the water profile there. What's your projection mash pH?
I’m using BeerSmith and must be doing something wrong because even after adding the salts to the ingredients list, it was projected to be 5.6. Brunwater projected it to be 5.36. The measured PH was 5.3. I completed brew day last night and was pleased with the outcome. I hit all my number except for OG. I was off by 4 points!
