I just recently started sticking back some beers to age a year or so. I have some beer that has been in the fridge a month or two that would age well. Would it be okay to pull them from the fridge and put in my cellar? Would the time I have had them cold hurt the aging process?

It won't hurt a thing. The time spend at refrigerator temperatures the beer was aging slower. The only exception that I can think of is if your refrigerator stayed below freezing and hurt the yeast (not likely).
