I'm going to start buying all my grain from Brewhardware; contents of my first shopping cart :

When I selected the crisp Maris, the page said it would be milled; when added to the cart this is no longer the case.
Milled or unmilled? Not a dealbreaker; just curious.
Ty.

Email them at [email protected] or give them a call at (908) 823-4227. You never know if Bobby is around checking out the forum or on vacation being 4th of July week.

I'm always around.

There are only a couple reasons a grain would be added to the cart without the batch grouping and milling parameters filled in.

The most common is pushing it into the cart via the Grain Batch Builder Page where you click "add to cart" prior to selecting the options in the dropdowns. or..

The best fix would be to delete it from the cart and add it again.
You can also just put a note in the comments that you meant for it to be milled.

We generally don't make any assumptions if it's blank and we'll contact you to get an answer.

Thank you for the response. Next time I'll just email through the website.
