Question about white pods growing with hops

This is my first year growing hops and I am starting them indoors (because of the cold New England weather) and transferring them outside once it warms up a bit. I am growing Cascade, Liberty, Mt. Hood, and Nugget. All of which have started growing very rapidly and healthy.

My problem stems from the Mt. Hood. I have noticed these white pods starting to grow (which I am assuming is a fungus) and I am not too sure what to do about it. Please, help? Below are some pictures.

aka...mushrooms. did them out carefully, so you don't scatter spores, and discard them. If you have a fungicide available, treat just the area where they were. If others pop up, do the same.

It's not a big deal....probably won't harm anything. They are common in composted material. Let the soil dry out more between waterings, and give the hops lots of sunshine.

Tried an image search with Google Images. Didn't work. They are mushrooms. Mushrooms feed on dead material. No harm from them. They will be easier to identify when more mature. May be edible.

Yep. Just pluck them out. Pinch out a bit of soil with them to get what they're growing on.

Another general control measure is cornmeal. Spread it out on the ground wherever mushrooms or related fungi grow. Working into the soil also helps.
