Question About Using Bread Yeast

Hi, I was just wondering what bread yeast tops out at alcohol wise. Or if anyone has general info about using bread yeast to brew with.

I know the original JAOM recipe that Yooper posted uses bread yeast. Might be a good place to start.

Have tried bread yeast w/ Rhubarb wine-Don't know or care @ alcohol content (did knock a couple of friends on their butts however) flavor was great, probably why they had a bit too much.
