Should I move it to secondary after a week even if there are still bubbles coming out the airlock. Also, if I add beer finings to the primary will it stop the fermentation? Thanks for any help.
 
Wait till it's done before transfering. DON'T add finings to the primary. The yeast will drop out to soon.

Now if you forego the secondary and just use the primary for a few weeks then in theory you can add finings at the end.
 
Irish moss isn't;t really a "fining". Finings are used at the end of the fermentation cycle to help yeast and tannins, etc.. to drop out of the beer.

The polar charge of the fining determines what will latch onto it. Usually tannins or yeast.

Irish Moss is used during the end of boil to help large haze forming proteins to drop out in the kettle.

my question was directed towards SA. Adding finings just for just clarity is not the best thing to do. It really won't affect your beer's flavor profile. If drinking cloudy beer bothers you, drink your beer out of a glass you can't see through. (advice given to me on this board years ago) I've added finings in the secondary and got crappy carbonation as I don't force-carb, but bottle condition.

I add Isinglass finnings to the secondary for all of my brews to clear them and it works very well. I you just use a primary then add it in and gently stir it (so you don't lift up the yeast cake on the bottom) then let it sit for a week. The Isinglass finnings bottle says to wait 24-48 hours before bottling, but I let it sit for a week to get it extra clear.

The only thing it's bad at clearing is wheat beer. It managed to clear the top 2 inchs of the carboy, but that filled back up with haze after a few days as they are just too cloudy.

Ummm...isn't that a good thing? Maybe you used a lower flocculation yeast on that one...BTW I use whirflock tab in my boil and nothing else and like Lorena said, they clear in time.
 
I also have never used finings in my beer. Time is the best clarifier. Also unless you are trying to make a "crystal wheat" why would you try to clarify a wheat beer, it is supposed to be cloudy.
