I don't have the exact recipe of my pale ale in front of me, but I brewed a belgian pale using saaz and Nelson sauvin hops, with the ibus closer to an American pale ale. I used wlp550 if I remember right. It's getting close to time for bottling, and I'm wanting to accentuate the wine like flavors and floral aroma. I'm considering adding maybe a little chamomile boiled with the priming solution and maybe even a little chardonnay.

Anyone ever tried something like this before? I brewed this beer for a friend's fiance for their wedding and she's more into wine, so I want a beer leaning more in that direction. I had Dogfish head's 61 minute IPA recently and thought something like that would be good. If anyone has any thoughts I'd love to hear 'em!
