My question is, what about these little chunks I see. Is there anyway to prevent those from the beer or does those go away during the boiling process?

You are boiling it, or are you done boiling it? What kind of primer are you referring to? Sorry for more questions in answer to your questions- I just want to make sure I know what you're asking.
