I have been brewing just shy of 6 years now and one question that I never really asked myself before is about the temperature of the final gravity reading.

I tried searching online, but could not find a clear answer.

I always calibrate initial original gravity (OG) and make temperature adjustments, based on 60 degrees. Do you need do the same with final gravity (FG) reading?

Just curious

The temperature correction formula is only about 0.001 gravity point per 10 degrees F, so as long as you are reasonably close to typical fermentation temps, the reading is going to be VERY close to accurate.
