Hey all,

Is there a way to convert all measurements to metric in the BeerSmith 2 software?

It's driving me crazy that it says mash with X liters and sparge with Y gallons.

It would make my brewing life a lot easier if I could just flip a switch as opposed to doing the (arguably simple) math each time I get after it.

Thanks!

Go to tools --> Options --> Units and change mash vol units to liters.

I just tried it and it gave both mash and sparge as liters.

& once you set your units, it will automatically convert for you on the fly

like if I found a recipe written in metric, when I go to add grains in BS, I can type in 4kg, hit the TAB key, it will automatically change it to 8.82 lbs
