Okay so I have a quick question, going to start to do a bew sometime this weekend and typically have done 5 gallon batches. Well this time around I think I want to tone it down to a 2.5 gallon batch, because I'll be doing a little experimenting with some lemon/orange zest. The kit is from the Austin Homebrew Supply. The Anniversary Lemon Wheat and it says 5 gals. Well what do you do to convert that to a 2.5 gallon batch?

Divide the ingredients by half (except for yeast). For yeast, you can usually still use the whole pack for liquid yeast.
Yes. A 1/2 batch would require 1/2 of the ingredients (except possibly for liquid yeast, which may be correct for 1/2 batch).
