Ok, I am about to connect my co2 to my 2 cornies, and I just wanted to get some input to the order in which to do things...

should i connect the co2 first, then open the main valve, then regulate, then open the secondary valve, then connect the keg to the beer lines? whats the best plan of action here?

The sequence should be (IMHO):

1. Secure regulator to CO2 tank
2. Attach CO2 line to regulator shut off valve
3. Open CO2 tank valve
4. Adjust output pressure on regulator to desired value
5. Open regulator shutoff valve
6. Attach CO2 quick disconnect to gas in post on keg
7. Use relief valve on keg to purge air out of keg with CO2
8. Adjust regulator output pressure as needed.
9. Thoroughly leak check all connections and keg components with soapy water solution
