I'm looking to make some fresh pumpkin cider. I don't want to use canned pumpkin or sugar. I am trying to keep my beverages purely honey or natural sugar from the fruits (or in this case pumpkin) that I use. Is it possible for me to just juice a pumpkin and use that along with Apple juice? A lot of the threads I've read say the pumpkin flavor is never very strong...I'm wondering if there are ways to make it strong without using syrups or other nasties. Any help is appreciated!!
