Made a tiny batch of apple cider back in May, from 1 gallon of good ol' Walmart brand Great Value Apple Juice. Fermented to 1.001 on a bit of s-04 slurry, it had just a hint of apple aroma/flavor that was pretty nice, considering it was exceedingly cheap (est abv: 6%). Anyways, for the very last bottle, I poured it into a glass, and added a shake of McCormick Pumpkin Spice.
And it was bloody delicious!!!
