However, you can control the outlet flow with a ball valve. Just adjust the valve until you achieve the flow you want. The magnetic coupling will slip as required without damaging the pump at all - they're designed to do that.
Doubtful as well...you're going to need a rather powerful motor to turn your grain mill. Using a speed controller to slow the RPMs will also cut the power output.
