I just brewed my first pumkin ale. Forced kegged it last night. Beer taste ok but little to no spice flavor. Is there anything I can do now. Can I let off the co2 and add spices to the keg? Help

Yeah you can dump all the pressure, open the keg, add spices then re-carbinate the beer.
Some folks have luck soaking spices in a little vodka for a few days, then dumping the liquid in. I don't like spices in my beer personally, so YMMV.

Another quick and dirty thing to try would be some pumpkin spice tea bags. There's a couple recipes on here for beers where they used them.
