hey all. so about a month ago i brewed a fat tire clone, one of my more ambitious brews to date. after two weeks, i racked to secondary, and its been there since. a little over a week ago, there was what looked like a second round of fermentation going on with a small layer of krausen bubbling back up. i ignored it and hadnt checked it again until today. when i look now, theres these gray grainy flecks making a coating on the side of my carboy, and a layer of the same about a half inch thick sitting on top of the trub (on that note, a lot of trub for secondary). i have my sanitation pretty much dialed in, so i dont *think* my problem is that, but i really dont know, and i have yet to taste it to see whats going on. anyone have any ideas? can put a pic up if need be. thanks a lot
