Printing Kal's book

I would like a hard copy of his book. Wondering if anyone has printed it out? How much of its in color vs black and white?

Any advice of where to have it printed?

For $20 you can buy it. I don't think the intent is to print at home for free. I suppose you could print from the website, but supporting Kal for a mere $20 wouldn't suck either.

I would agree with the last post.You could speed about .20 cents per page of color and 6 cents per copy black and white. Better to help support the person who wrote it and get a better quality book out of it for the money.

Checked the website and it is PDf electronic copy. You could print most of it black and white. Then only print out color diagrams and such. Probably would not cost 10$ at the most.

Sorry about the confusion. I saw the bound copy in the picture you provided and assumed they sold it that way. They can put a comb binding on it after printing it out. Black and white is more affordable.

I just bought it, I think I will have it printed and bound in B&W then refer back to the eversion for color needs.
