How much priming sugar do you use in a 5 gallon keg?

thanks,

Now that is something that any good reference will tell you. I surprised you are making beer without reading up first.

or use beersmith or promash or recipator or any of the tools in the above page. failing that some one who'd one th above will help you.
It's variable dependent on style, choice etc.

I think its around 3/4 of a cup.

I haven't started yet. I am reading up on it, just wanted to get other opinions, thanks for inquiring though. Any information I can learn from everyone here will help me that much more. I appreciate all info I can get.

There's a wealth of material out there.

By all means ask any questions but if you don't read up first you're probably going to have 100s of basic questions. www.howtobrew.com is one of the best free resources.
When you do have a question try and give specific details and you'll get detailed valuable answers.
For priming you can either use a generic amount or specify, style of beer, the temperature it's being stored at, the vessle it's in and the type of sugar you are using. That way you'll get a correct and probably detailed anser.
(yes all those things ake a difference)

Good luck with the new brewing venture.
