I'm going to use sugar to carbonate a keg for the first time and had a few questions.
I'm planning on doing 2.5 oz of sugar in a half cup of boiling water, then racking beer on top of this. Do I need more or less sugar/water?
I was going to give it a blast of CO2 to make sure the keg is sealed. Should I burp the keg like I normally would before putting it in my closet? And at what PSI?
