I have accidentally started the fermentation with the airlock on. It has been fairly vigorously bubbling for about three days now. Should I take it off now, or leave it? Please help! This is wine made from grape juice concentrate, if it helps.

You should have the airlock on. The purpose of it is to allow the CO2 generated by the yeast to escape while not letting oxygen and contaminants in from the outside. Just leave it there.

I'm new at this also, but I would say leave it on.. Good luck..

I know what the airlock is for and what it does. But, everything I've read says that during Primary fermentation the airlock should not be on. I'm confused.

It's good, but don't forget to degas later. Or you'll start another thread with "why does my wine smell like rotten eggs" for now just enjoy the bubbles.
