I have accidentally started the fermentation with the airlock on. It has been fairly vigorously bubbling for about three days now. Should I take it off now, or leave it? Please help! This is wine made from grape juice concentrate, if it helps.

Scut_Monkey said:You should have the airlock on. The purpose of it is to allow the CO2 generated by the yeast to escape while not letting oxygen and contaminants in from the outside. Just leave it there.
