Preaching in Hell after 6 days

God may have created the world in 7 days, but Preaching in Hell has dropped from a 1.083 to a 1.011 in the 6 days. I figure that is good enough, so I have dropped the temperature of the fermenter down to 34 degrees and figure by day 12 I will be sipping one bitter and tasty brew!

LOL! Like any of us ever really SIP our brews. But I don't think I will be operating any heavy machinery that day.
