The holidays are fast approaching and many of us will be brewing some holiday brews, so I thought it would be great for everyone to post the recipes they will be brewing or have brewed.

Well, at least I'll respond. I brew 2.5g batches. Just need to double the recipe. Gingerbread Brown Ale.

Getting a little late to brew for the Holidays. 3 weeks to Thanksgiving and 7 weeks to Christmas.

I'm not a fan of spiced beer. I have a couple of batches of highly hopped Pales with my own hops that will be ready for the season. Will be stating another in a week that should help replace stock come Christmas. Easy drinking flavor-filled ales is what I try to get.
