poired 1-2 cups of gelatin dissolved in water down through the 1” TC port on top of my Spike CF15 fermenter totally splashing into the beer. Is this going to present a noticeable oxidation issue for me?

I didn’t even think to add my hose to funnel and place below beer level! Wasn’t even thinking, I normally do it that way.

It had a full co2 head space and purged and refilled to 4-5 lbs after I added.

Since the entire interior of the fermenter should have been CO2, where would the oxidation have come from?

If there was anywhere oxidation would originate, I'd think it would be in the liquid you added. Did you preboil that or otherwise eliminate oxygen from that water?

That said, I doubt you'll notice much if anything at all.
