Pfriem Pilsner is available in cans. I hope this starts a trend.

Crux and Reubens already do year round canned Pils. As awesome as pfriem pils is they’re just following market trends.

Did Heather Allen stop doing Pils 4/6 packs? We only get the large size bottles up here but I’d heard about them.

The most. So much. You've never had so much fun.

But really, I love pFriem and will lose my mind over it like everyone but let's not ignore other breweries doing it and making good product.
I'm not sure how people being excited about pFriem finally canning is ignoring other breweries, but ok.

Point of clarification: by trend, I meant Chuckanut, Heater Allen, Upright, and Breakside should follow (I doubt Wayfinder is far off).

Block 15 is ahead of the game with Gloria, as always.

And to be fair, all of those, including pFriem, make a far superior pilsner, actually far superior beers in general, to what Crux is doing, so perhaps Crux should follow that trend...

Wait wat? Everybody I know pronounces the “f”…

Wha?

Pfriem Family Brewers strikes chord with before/after anything crowd ...https://www.oregonlive.com/travel/index.ssf/2013/.../pfriem_family_brewers_strikes.htm...

Those two also attract a lively crowd looking for refreshment after a hard day of play to their more centralized downtown locations. Pfriem (pronounced freem) uses pF as its logo and pFriem in its advertising, to help people pronounce the name and to emphasize the "Family-friendly" nature of the business.

I am also confused by this. The owner was on the Beer O'Clock podcast a couple of years ago, and he definitely pronounced it "freem." Everyone in the industry pronounces it that way as well, and you know I would have been corrected now based on how irritating beer nerds are.

I wonder if the author unknowingly left off the "f".
