I have an AHS Anniversary Porter kit...but I have it in my head that I want to make it an imperial. Maybe somewhere around 8%?

The grain bill is 1/2 lb Chocolate malt, 9 lb 2-Row, 1/4 de-bittered black, and 1/2 lb Caraamber. Hops: 60min--1 oz Pilgrim. 15min--3/4oz Select, 5min--1/4oz select.

Any ideas what I should add? Thanks for the help.

Do you have brewing software? If not, get a free trial of beersmith2, up the 2 row to hit the OG you need for 8%abv
, increase the bittering hops a tad to keep the same SG/BU ratio as the original recipe. Pitch enough yeast or make a starter.

You could up the base by 1lb, add a half pound of crystal 60 maybe, I would boil for 90 minutes then, add pilgrim at 90 and you should be ok

Sounds great, thanks for the tips! I did get the trial version of beersmith. Looks like a great program and I'm sure I'll be buying the full version.
