So I just replaced the poppet valves on my old firestone pin locks but have a minor concern. The old poppet valves were actually locked within the posts when I wrenched them off of the keg. The legs of the valves actually locked themselves into a ring indentation machined into the posts. The new poppet valves were installed but the legs of these new poppets don’t seem to lock in properly and had to be bent in to fit all the way up the post. Does this present any kind of problem, or is it fine? I'm pressure testing the kegs now and it seems to be holding at 40 psi just fine.

To get mine to lock back in I have to push them in using the end of a fork. However they still aren't fully seated but hold pressure and are easily popped back out for cleaning.
