Popped the WYeast, will it last until tomorrow

I popped the Wyeast slap pack at 730pm tonight, but something came up and I can't make the wort tonight.

Can I leave it out until morning or will it die? Will it be less effective if left out overnight than if I use it in the 3 hour mark per the instructions?

Yea, I guess I could start it at 1am. Not too much involved except a hop boil.

It has happened, and I put a needle hole in the thing so it DOESN'T explode.

If you have activated a package but can’t use it right away, simply allow the package to swell and then refrigerate the package.* The yeast will survive for extended periods if refrigerated.
