Please help..

Ok. A friend of mine knew that I was into homebrewing and as a gift gave me some ingredients to make hard cider. I had planned on making cider to begin with, but without the other stuff i was given. I've checked the recipe forum and am having difficulty finding exactly what to do. Below is what I got:
Bottle of yeast nutrient
Bottle of potassium metabisulphite
Bottle of pectic enzyme

My question is when exactly am i supposed to add all this stuff? Thanks in advance.

Looks to me like your friend gave you a bunch of stuff he didnt need anymore for making cider. I wouldnt use any of it, except maybe the k-meta for long term storage
