I am doing an AG brew this pm. The recipe says to mashout at 170 degree. How hot should my water be when I mash out? Should it be at 170 or higher? Thanks so much for a quick response.
 
I use brewers friend app on my phone for raising temps. It has a quick infusion calculator that is pretty simple.
 
Infuse with boiling water to reach 170. Or, skip it all together if you are batch sparging.
