IIRC from the last "please delete" thread, the HBT policy was that five members had to each post a goat pic in order for a post to be removed. This "committee action" is a safety catch, to ensure the removal is done correctly, and that no one person can get a post removed. As soon as the fifth one is posted, the mods will delete the OP.
