16 lb Briess 2-Row Brewer's Malt
3 lb Weyermann Cara Amber
1 lb, 8 oz Crisp Chocolate Malt
1 lb Briess 2 Row Caramel 60
1 Briess Victory
Williamette Pellets 1 oz @ 60 mins
Chinook Pellets 1 oz @ 60 mins
Williamette Pellets 2 oz @ 15 mins
2 Danstar Nottingham Ale Yeast

Do you think there is too much specialty malt? I want it to be nutty.

Way too much crystal and way too much chocolate malt. I'd cut the cara amber to 0-1lb. and cut the chocolate to ~ 10-12 oz.
That much chocolate goes from being nutty to being roasted.
