So I was thinking about a good summer ale to try next year. Let me know what you think.

Prolly a crystal malt and some other light toasty malts

Warrior hops :60
Caskade: 30

15: dried lemmon peals and lemon tyme

And some kind of wit yeast.

I am planning an English summer ale. No BJCP cat but there sure is one for BA.

I am also going to make up a giant batch of Skeeter pee pretty soon.
