Wanted Plaato Keg Scales

I know the Plaato Keg Scales are going obsolete later this year (service shutting down) but I'm working on integrating some open source projects that hopefully will extend their life (and my nice raspberry pints display). As such I'm looking to purchase some used/functional Plaato Keg Scales that people may be looking to unload. I'm located in MA and can pick-up if local, or willing to pay reasonable shipping as well. Let me know what you have and what you'd want for them. Thanks!

I don't have any of those scales - I built my own as the company sunsetting these was one of the reasons.

If it helps you, this guy is reusing old Plaato scales for what looks like you're talking about.

You need to setup a docker system which isn't overly difficult but might be challenging if you haven't done anything like that before. It has the basic functions and you can use it with the barhelper.app.

Would anyone know where to find a “Docker for dummies” tutorial? I really don’t want to lose my plaato scales when they retire, but I know nothing about docker. Thanks.

barhelper.app is working on a solution where you can setup your plaato keg to use their service and avoid the docker setup. He is trying to make it as user friendly as possible. He is currently looking for testers. There is a discord channel where the community is trying to find solutions for the plaato products going defunct. I can send you an invite if you want, just let me know.

I have 4 available. 3 have been in use for the past year and I know they work perfectly well. The 4th was never put into use. I'm getting a new kegerator that fits 4 kegs, but these won't fit. Also includes an additional USB cable. I would take $100 + shipping. Can ship immediately!

Anyone know of another solution for monitoring kegs?
