That was my first thought but it seemed too grotesque to be reasonable

Oh I think it sounds delicious actually. I already intentially put hot sauce on eggs and occasionally syrup makes it’s way over from the other breakfast items and I think it adds a nice twist from bite to bite. I can see it working.

Still though...”scrammies” Matthouse3?? What are you my 5 yo daughter? Do you also use the terms “sprinkle cheese” and “smashed potatoes”?

And where the **** has McMatt7 been? Finally meet the guy and now he’s bailed on the thread. Should I take a hint?

I think McMatt7 was drying out in another thread, but I don’t see that lasting long.

scrammies = scrapple + ham + sandwich

Voodoo Erie has a beer with Lupulin Pellets per there (sp?) twitter account. Not sure if you guys know what Lupulin Pellets are.....but pretty sure they are a real thing....:cool:

no they might be ... i haven't brewed in a couple months and things are constantly changing... I assume its something Erie produced during the snow storm out of dire need??

YCH makes them

"LupuLN2 is the concentrated lupulin of whole-leaf hops containing resins and aromatic oils."

"LupuLN2™ hop powder and pellets are produced from whole leaf hops using YCH HOPS’ proprietary cryogenic separation
process that preserves all components of each fraction."

"Cryo Hops products are produced in Sunnyside, Washington and are currently available to commercial brewers via YCH HOPS and/or its global distributor partners. LupuLN2 is available in hop powder or pellet form"

Am I a hipster or a little kid? Make up your mind, gramps. Maybe your vinyl records have been scrammying your brain..

Howdy folks!
My wife just got a position at Penn State, State College campus. We will be moving there late May/early June. Any pointers on beer spots, food spots, hiking/backpacking, environmental/ecological consulting positions for me :cool:, or any other considerations are very warmly appreciated. Thank you!
